Payment Options:
Payment is due prior to the training class unless other arrangements have been made. Payment can be made in the form of:
Cash
Business Check
Visa or Mastercard
Beginning January 1, 2011, payment must be made by a sponsoring agency for training required for employment by a DES/DDD agency.
To maintain our good standing as an AHCCCS Approved Training and Testing site, we do not collect payment from individual providers that work through private agencies.
